Connect at Home™ provides a clear roadmap to help families understand what's changing, know what can be influenced, and confidently support thinking, communication, confidence and connection at home. Grounded in neuroscience and backed by evidence, everything is provided—from bite-sized learning modules and practical resources to therapist-guided cognitive stimulation sessions, coaching and support—so all you need to do is put the kettle on and enjoy spending meaningful time together.
