Connect at Home

Simple, enjoyable activities to strengthen thinking, build confidence & stay connected at home

Strengthen Thinking and Connection

Connect at Home™ is a self-paced, therapist-guided program that helps families and carers confidently support their loved one through structured Cognitive Stimulation activities at home, in their own time.

What research shows

The brain can continue to respond to meaningful engagement and connection, even when changes from dementia are present.

Activities are developed by a neurological physiotherapist, guided by research and practical experience, and are purposeful activities, not games, designed to stimulate areas of the brain commonly impacted by dementia.
