Dementia ConnectEd™ is the trading name of Absolute Care Therapy, a sole trader business operating in Australia.
The programs Understanding Dementia™ and Connect at Home™, including all associated manuals, session plans, home resources, activity materials, videos, guides, downloadable content, and structured program frameworks, are original programs developed by Absolute Care Therapy.
These programs are informed by the evidence-based framework of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST). While the CST model provides general guidance for structure and themes, all program design, written materials, structured session content, therapeutic activities, visual resources, and delivery methods have been independently created, adapted, and refined by Absolute Care Therapy.
Understanding Dementia™ is a structured education program designed to build clarity, confidence, and practical understanding following a diagnosis.
Connect at Home™ is a therapist-designed home cognitive stimulation program supported by structured manuals, curated home resources, guided session plans, and educational materials to enable consistent and meaningful delivery by a nominated family member or trusted support person.
All intellectual property — including but not limited to written materials, manuals, frameworks, session plans, screening tools, educational videos, home resource kits, branding, graphics, trademarks, and program structures — remains the exclusive property of Absolute Care Therapy trading as Dementia ConnectEd™.
No part of these programs or resources may be reproduced, copied, distributed, adapted, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
