Activities are evidence-based, using Cognitive Stimulation Therapy to support thinking skills, communication, confidence and wellbeing.

A high-quality resource package with thoughtfully designed materials to support memory and create shared experiences. 

Flexible 20-minute sessions that fit easily into your routine and can be done at your own pace.

Clear guidance, so you can adapt activities to suit your person's strengths, interests, and what feels right on the day.  

Three months of support and coaching, so you feel reassured and guided, with someone to turn to along the way.

Programs include carefully prepared, high-quality activity resources and support packages. Due to the time and care involved, numbers are limited and intakes are offered twice yearly.

This program may not be the right fit if you are:

  • You are seeking individual therapy or assessment

  • The person cannot comfortably participate in activities

  • A consistent support person is not available
